Okay! Pixie has gone into heat, at long last, and she and Kaiser were reunited once again! Hopefully puppies will be due in the middle of January! I'll update you all when I know that she's pregnant for sure!
Okay everybody! I am here to let you all know that we are STILL waiting for Pixie to go into heat. I know that I have informed several people that I thought it would be anytime, and to keep checking the blog for details, and the reason that I haven't written yet is because nothing has happened! But I just wanted to make sure you guys know that I haven't forgotten, or gone back on my word at all. As soon as she does go into heat, (which really should be any time now) we will be breeding her and having Yorkie pups!! I can't wait!! So, keep checking, and I will be writing as soon as she goes into heat/is bred! Any questions at all, feel free to call me! 315-771-0543.
As if we don't have enough babies around here!
Calder (son home from college) heard a meow near the road last Friday night. So, "Jetzy" who we assume to be about 4 weeks old has joined our family until we can find her a loving home.
Maelisa and Tierra are taking very good care of her. She is doing very well, and seems to have a sweet and quiet personality.
We'll all be a little sad when she leaves.
I am happy to report that all of the puppies are doing VERY well!
At 3.5 weeks old they are already starting to nibble on soft food, and use the paper to do their business. They are walking around now on all fours and are really cute!
One has even learned to "bark".
They still sleep most of the time, and Piper is doing a wonderful job in her role as new mom!!
Here are some updated photos!! May 15, 2014
Piper has giving birth to her first ever litter of puppies! Of course they WOULD come in the middle of the night!
They were born between the hours of 1am and 3am.
They are wonderful! All went well.
Since this is my (Dawn's) dog, this time, it was Briele who was standing by to assist me. I never knew it could be so stressful! Oh my goodness. Thank GOD for Briele's help. Macy and Will were standing by as well to watch and pray and fetch things.
So, we have 5 beautiful and colorful babies as you can see in the pictures.
If you live near our area and are looking for a pet, we know of a Maltese Male (age 5) who is available. Remember we are Lowville, NY. Please call us if you are interested in getting more information about this.

Today Piper met Biscuit!! They had a successful get-together. Hopefully we have puppies on the way. In about 3 or 4 weeks from now, we should be able to see an enlarging belly and give more updates for a litter of MorkiePoos to come in about 7 or 8 weeks!!
This is Dawn writing today, not Briele. :)
Happy New Year everybody! This is just a quick note to let you all know that my beautiful Yorkies are all sold and gone to their wonderful new homes as of Christmas morning. :) Keep watching for Morkies to come!
Hey everyone. I have some sad news. We're downsizing. We're looking for a home for Paisley. She is our older Yorkie, age 5. Specifically looking for someone without other dogs in the home. Please call me if you have any interest. 315-376-3606 (our home number) or 315-783-1943.
